How would you like it if I told you there was a way to lose 10 pounds per week, continuously, and that it was both safe and even healthy? Not only that but you didn't have to give up the foods you love? This is no joke, there is a way! You want chocolate ice cream? A doughnut? Have at it. I won't even tell you to replace your ice cream with fat free frozen yogurt, but instead tell you to eat your usual brand, in the same portion size that you normally eat!
I bet there are a lot of you out there thinking, 'Uh, no way is that possible.' Well, I have designed a program that proves you wrong. But I'm sure this will be one of those few times in life when you'll be happy to be wrong!
First you should know a little about me; my name is Sara Grant. I live in a small central Maine town. No, I will not give you my exact address just in case you are an axe murderer. Anyway, I went to the University of Maine at Orono, graduated in the fall of 2005 with a B.S. in Kinesiology and Physical Education, focusing on Health and Fitness. My mother opened a small gym, Corinth Health and Fitness, in August of '05. I've acted as a manager ever since. I also run a childcare center located at the gym, Fit Kidz Inc., that has been open since April of '08.
Now why did I tell you all that? To prove that I am a real person, with a real education and experienced background. You could actually call the gym and speak to me. The point is, it's not hard to prove I'm a real living human being. Most weight loss fads you see on TV or find online aren't showing you the real deal. You see these before and after pictures and almost all are edited, body positioned, or camera positioned to hide the truth. How many of you know how to pose in pictures to make yourself look slimmer? How many take pictures with the camera pointing at a downward angle? That's a trick it seems almost all women know, and quite a few men too! You know what I love? Before and after pics where the person's hair is EXACTLY the same in both pictures. Sure, those haven't been edited at all. Obviously the people selling these crap products (yeah, I said crap, and I meant crap) think we're all blind idiots.
Ok, done with that rant. Now to the good stuff.
A few years ago I found myself weighing in at about 180lbs and decided to use a program I'd designed for myself as the basis of an educational weight loss book. Shortly after this decision my husband and I found out we would be having a baby. So I worked on the "meat" of the book during my pregnancy, planning to follow my designed program a month or two after having our daughter. The morning before she was born I weighed 255. Well, I must say that I am just like everyone else- I made excuse after excuse and would do the program for a week, lose 10 pounds, then make another excuse to not continue. This pattern continued with my weight fluctuating between 255 at the most and 218 at the least until November 16, 2011, just one week before Thanksgiving and about two months before our daughter's second birthday.
Today, as I write this, is November 16th. I weighed in this morning at 245.
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
The purpose of this ebook, 70 in 7, is not just to show you how to lose an insane amount of weight in a healthy manner, but also to teach you about health and fitness. This is an educational ebook that happens to have an amazing weight loss plan included. With ten whole dollars and you can have everything you could ever need or want to know about fitness, and a weight loss plan that works faster than gastric bypass surgery! (No, really. Most people who have it done lose about 50lbs in the first three months. They'd have lost that much in a month and a half doing my plan! What about all that loose skin they end up with? It doesn't happen with the plan I've designed.)
You'll learn about different types of carbohydrates (sugars) and why they are GOOD. You'll learn about the different types of fat, and the one single kind that you should NEVER consume. You'll learn about protein, what it's used for and why too much can be DANGEROUS. So far you should be thinking 'What? Carbs are good? Too much protein is bad? This goes against everything I've been taught by infomercials!'
But wait, there's more! Lots of plans out there give you a rinky-dink little handbook that tells you why you need certain vitamins, minerals, and other essential nutrients. Some might even give you a little blip on why some of these things are important: Eat carrots for vitamin A, it is good for your eyes! Ok, that's good to know, but why? How? How much should I actually eat? I've included all this information and more, including side affects of consuming "too much" of the different nutrients in your foods.
You're going to learn some fun scientific words like "oxidative phosphorylation". Followed by an easy to understand description of what it all means.
I'm going to teach you all about metabolism. Most diet/exercise fads will say "this food increases your metabolism, exercising on this machine increases your metabolism, taking this pill increases your metabolism, strapping this dead fish to your head increases your metabolism". I'm going to tell you the truth, all the way down to the cellular level. There will be all kinds of fun science involved, but I have also made sure to make each point clear for the "layman".
All that and more, laid out in plain English. PLUS you get what you've really come for, the weight loss plan to end all plans! Just how overweight are you? If you're like me, you could stand to lose a lot. Now I have to say this, the plan is EASY. You don't need any fancy equipment, you don't even need a gym membersip. But, and it's a BIG BUT, you have to do the work! I cannot stress this enough. I've seen too many people claim a program didn't work for them, when what really happened was they didn't work for the program. They didn't follow the diet, they didn't do the exercise, whatever it was, it was on THEM. You've got to take responsibility. I got fat because I ate too much and didn't exercise. I weighed around 180 before getting pregnant with my daughter. I was 255 the day before she was born. She's almost 17 months old and I weigh 233 (as of May 23, 2011. Gotta put the date in since I probably won't change this home page for a long time).
Every Monday morning I'll be weighing and measuring myself and posting my results here, on the "Check Me Out" page. So you can join me now in losing a ton of weight super fast, or watch my results as I prove my program works and start yours up later. Your choice. I've done the "later" thing for over a year now, and just can't stand it any more. Follow me for the next seven weeks. Watch my plan in action. Or join me now and see the results in your own body.
